RENTAL DETAILS AND FEATURES

Welcome to the Seabound. Fishing, boating, relaxing and having fun in the sun.
Located a few minutes from the beach, overlooking the Colorado River, with access by boat to both East and West Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Next door is Rawlings, which has a small store, bait, boat launch and cleaning table.

· New rental. Completely furnished.
· 3 Bedrooms/1-1/2 Bath
· Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.
· Linens and towels provided.
· (2) Televisions with satellite.
· Washer/Dryer available.
· Bar-B-Que pit and picnic table. Fishing dock and boat whips.
· Upper deck patio furniture to watch those absolutely beautiful sunsets.
Great views of East and West Matagorda Bays!

You must bring your own chairs and towels for the beach, personal toiletries, food , paper goods, etc.

INTRODUCTORY RATE INFORMATION
(EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS)

Weekend: Two night minimum. Friday and Saturday cannot be broken up.
$190.00 per night.
Weekdays: Sunday-Thursday. Two night minimum.
$170.00 per night.

$200.00 Reservation/Security deposit required at time of reservation. Deposit is not part of the rent and will be returned after your stay and inspection of the property.

Full rent payment is to be received a minimum of two weeks before arrival. Call for address to mail check to. CASH ONLY will be accepted if payment is made upon arrival.
