About Our Rental:
We are located only minutes from Matagorda Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are #53 at Colorado River Estates, a quite street off Co. Rd. 2031, Beach Rd. Our street is located on the right as you travel towards Matagorda Beach, 1.6 mile after you cross the swing bridge. Our location gives our guests access to offshore fishing, bay fishing and Matagorda Beach. The Public Boat Ramp, local restaurants and convenience stores are only a few minutes away. Features:
NEW lighted fishing pier with room to dock your boat. Home sleeps six (6) persons (see photos). Comfortable AC and heat.
Home has bath, kitchen, spacious living area, deck upstairs. Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, TV, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots/pans, dishes, kitchen utensils. Towels and linens are NOT provided.

Great view of Colorado River right out your back door! And plenty of parking room.

No Smoking inside of house, No pets allowed.
Please take your garbage with you when you depart.


Rental Rates:
$125 per night .....NOTE: Two night minimum on weekends.
Longer term rentals available....ask about rates.
The size of your group must be included with your reservation.

Reservation Information:
A security deposit of $200 required in advance for all stays to confirm your reservation. All rents due must be paid in full prior to check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon satisfactory inspection of the property, deposits will be returned within 10 days. If any house inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Check in time is 3:00 pm - Departure 12:00 noon. We accept cash, money orders and checks.
